WWF HASBRO SERIES 11 GREEN CARD BILLY OF THE SMOKING GUNNS  This figure is in excellent condition all around, with literally no folding at the corners or blemishes on the front. The back is equally in great condition except for a couple of marks.  There is a crack at the lower right of the bubble that is quite significant, but not noticeable unless inspecting closely. This crack stretched along the side of the bubble.
