Refund policy

If you purchased an item from Retrofigure, and you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we offer free returns within 15 days of purchase date (buyer must pay all related return shipping fees). 

You can return your product for store credit in voucher form.  

NOTE: refunds will not be accepted for any loose figures. 

Also, exchanges can not be offered for any figures published after the initial purchase.
