Retrofigure provides FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. 

However, please be aware that your item may be subject to international duties, customs and/or taxes on delivery. Please contact us using the form on the site or via email at info@retrofigure.com to discuss this in detail. 

In the European Union, buyers are responsible for import duties/VAT.

 

Locating your tracking status

Use the global tracking page with your tracking ID: https://www.ems.post/en/global-network/tracking or USPS for the United States, Parcel Force for the United Kingdom, DHL for Germany and Canada Post for Canada.

 

US/EU/UK/Canada arrival times

All figures will be secured in layers of bubble wrap, as well as plenty of other protection to prevent damage to the figure. Please consider purchasing a protector for your figure to keep the item(s) secure during transit. 

 

Delays

The delivery time estimates mentioned above may change occasionally. 

We are not responsible for any delay incurred by a postal company and no refunds can be given for late delivery or missed deadlines / dates.
